The RAPPORT™ Criteria:
Position Analysis
The first step in the RAPPORT™ process takes place before we begin to recruit candidates. When we receive an open position, we gather as much information about the opportunity as possible. This step enhances our ability to identify the best-matched candidates available and truly provide the best specific fit to the position.

Sourcing
In the sourcing phase of our RAPPORT™ process, our industry-specific recruiters utilize a range of tools to locate the most qualified candidates for each open position. A wider variety of sourcing options enables us to draw on as many candidates as possible to find the ideal match for each position.

Screening
During the screening phase of our RAPPORT™ process, we screen each potential candidate match to determine the best-matched candidates for each opportunity. We use a series of screening tools that enable us to understand the candidate beyond the resume, further enhancing our ability to identify the ideal candidate for each position.

Orientation
Once we have selected the best-matched candidate for an opportunity and confirmed their eligibility for the position, we conduct a thorough orientation process in order to ensure that when the start date arrives, our candidates are confident and prepared to work.

Performance Monitoring
In order to ensure total satisfaction for both our clients and candidates throughout the duration of the contract, the final step in our RAPPORT™ process is an established performance monitoring system.
